Terms and Conditions

SoEasy is a website builder run by A Good Life (“we”, “us”), 23, 3rd Floor, Hauz Khas Village, New Delhi 110016, India. By creating an account or a site you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
You need a working email address to sign up, and you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens in your account. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
2. Your site and your content
Everything you put on your site (words, pictures, files, your domain) stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to visitors, which is what running your site requires. You are responsible for having the right to use what you publish.
3. What is not allowed
- Anything illegal in India or where your visitors are, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Spam, phishing, malware, or content meant to deceive or harm.
- Hateful, harassing or sexually explicit content.
- Trying to break, overload or get around the limits of the service.
We may pause or remove a site that breaks these rules. Where we reasonably can, we tell you first.
4. Free trial and plans
A new site is free for the trial period shown when you sign up. To keep it online after that you choose a monthly or yearly plan. Prices are shown on our site and include GST. Payments are taken through Cashfree and renew automatically until you cancel.
If a trial ends or a payment fails, your site stays online for a short period and is then paused: visitors see a “paused” page. Nothing is deleted when a site is paused, and it returns when a plan is active.
5. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account. Your site stays online until the end of the period already paid for. Refunds are described in our refunds and cancellation policy.
6. Price changes
If we change a price, it applies to new subscriptions. An existing subscription keeps its price unless we tell you by email at least 30 days before a change takes effect.
7. Your own domain
You can connect a domain you own. You remain responsible for the domain, its renewal and its settings at your domain company.
8. AI features
Some features use AI to draft text or build sections. Check what they produce before you publish it; you are responsible for what goes on your site.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep sites online and fast but do not promise uninterrupted service. We add and change features over time. If we ever stop the service we will give you at least 30 days' notice and a way to take your content with you.
10. Selling through your site
If you switch on the shop feature, you become the seller of every sale made through your site. You are responsible for your goods, prices, GST, invoices, returns and customer service, and for following India's consumer-protection and e-commerce rules. We provide the software only: we do not hold customer money (payments go through your own payment gateway account), and we are not a party to your sales. Some goods may not be sold, and a shop can be limited or suspended for breaking the rules. These points, and your data-protection duties towards your customers, are set out in our seller terms, which you accept before your shop opens.
11. Deleting your site or account
You can ask us to delete a site or your account at any time through Help in your console or by email. Deletion removes the site's pages, posts, files and enquiries for good.
12. Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction.
